Saint-Hyacinthe – a city on the Yamaska River in Québec, Canada, the Agricultural technopolis of Canada. Founded in 1757 by Jacques-Hyacinthe Simon dit Delorme who named the settlement after his patron saint: Saint Hyacinth of Poland (Świety Jacek / Jacek Odrowąż).
