The Amazing Land of Quarks, Elephants and Pierogi

We believe that the Polish language can be a fascinating and fantastic territory which we would love to show you more of. The Amazing Land of Quarks, Elephants and Pierogi – a temporary exhibition, organized by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute – at Poland Pavilion at EXPO 2020 in Dubai, UAE. The exhibition was based on a book “Quarks, Elephants & Pierogi: Poland in 100 Words” by Mikołaj Gliński, Matthew Davies and Adam Żuławski that introduces readers to the Polish mentality and language.
