Joy – a 9-metre-high installation (the Art EMAAR project) in Dubai Creek Harbour (in Dubai, UAE), by an Indian artist Vibhor Sobani. Inspired by a child who derives joy from simple pleasures this balloon bouquet reflect the ever-changing environment around them as the passer by catches a glimpse of themselves in it.*
