“Al Hai” light gallery at Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard at Downtown Dubai – in Dubai, UAE. The “Lighting District” presents traditional Emirati neighbourhood.
Light installations are the part of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) and are created by the artists (Emirati and UAE-based): Raghad Al Ali, Fatima Alawadhi, Eman Al Rahma, Rowdah Alsayegh, Ahmad Geaissa, Abdullah Khouri, Yara Manla.
Al Saha – the play space between Sikka.
Al Sikka – the network of alleys connecting houses in a traditional Emirati neighbourhood.
Al Majlis – a reception room in Emirati house.
Al Hewee – a traditional courtyard of an Emirati household.
Al Baqala – the neighbourhood convenience store.
Al Masjid – the Mosque.
