Flame of the Forest

Delonix regia – royal poinciana – a flowering plant in Fabaceae family, native to Madagascar, also called: flamboyant, flame of the forest, flame tree, flower of Calvary (in Kerala, India).

Royal poinciana is the national flower of St. Kitts and Nevis, the city flower of Sepang (Malaysia) and official tree of Key West (Florida, USA).
