Réttarfoss

Réttarfoss– the penultimate waterfall of the Jökulsá á Fjöllum river, in Jökulsárgljúfur canyon (which is a separated part of Vatnajökull National Park). It is located on Diamond Circle route in Northeastern Region of Iceland.

The Réttarfoss is 12 m high and 75 m wide.  Upstream there are waterfalls: Selfoss, Dettifoss, Hafragilsfoss, downstream – Vígabjargsfoss.
