Introduction to the cuisine of Podlaskie region in Poland. 

  • Babka ziemniaczana – potato pie.
  • Kiszka ziemniaczana – potato sausage.
  • Kartacze / cepeliny – potato dumplings stuffed with meat.
  • Chołodziec litewski – cold soup: soured milk, beetroots, young beetroot leaves, chopped cucumbers and dill.
  • Żurek – soured rye flour soup.
  • Traditional bread.
  • Traditional sausages.

You can taste the flavors of Podlaskie cuisine (among others) in Białystok and in Supraśl.
